Sabrina Charney Hull, New Castle’s Director of Planning, highlights the Town’s wide-ranging sustainability actions and projects, including those that helped New Castle achieve Silver Certification under New York State’s Climate Smart Communities program. She explains how these efforts unlocked more than $600,000 in grant funding, now supporting initiatives that strengthen the Town’s sustainability and climate resilience—such as the installation of solar panels at the Chappaqua Performing Arts Center.
